Nest is a welcoming, safe and warm space for conversations.
A nest is intentionally simple. While the work is grounded in solid therapeutic frameworks and multiple modalities of therapy, the approach is not fancy or performative. We focus on genuine, human conversations — you don’t need to arrive with perfect words or a clean plan. We begin wherever you are.
A nest is a place where something new is formed: awareness, ideas, clarity and solution to problems. These can gently emerge through conversations, reflection, and collaboration.
And finally, a nest is not meant to be permanent. It’s a temporary place of support, designed to help you build strength, confidence and understanding.

About Fabricia
I’ve worked across both public and private settings and have over a decade of experience in counselling and group facilitation.
I’ve supported people with depression, anxiety (social, generalized and panic), grief, addiction, life transitions and more. I have postgraduate degrees in counselling and health sciences (cognitive behaviour therapy) and have trained in many modalities: CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family System and others.
I bring experience and qualifications, yes – but mostly importantly I bring curiosity, creativity, humour and respect for how complex human beings are. There is no “cookie cutter” approach.
My style is welcoming, warm and informal - thanks to my Brazilian roots! My aim is to make sessions feel more like conversations and less like interventions.
